Your first consultation can last between one and one and a half hours.  You will be given a safe and relaxed space to discuss your physical symptoms.  We will talk about your personality and any challenges or stressful situations and how you have been feeling.  We will discuss your medical history and your family medical history. 

Your remedies are included in the cost but any essences, creams or tinctures will be extra.

Sometimes symptoms can get worse before they start betting better.  This can sometimes be called a 'healing crisis' but is really just showing a healing response.  The bodies self healing mechanism has swung into action and it is trying to find balance.

You may experience more dreams than usual and heightened emotions, this is all part of bringing equillibrium to the whole self - mind, body and soul .
