What is Meditation?
Meditation is a method of breathing, focus and sometimes beingchakras spiritual growth guided through  journeys or visualisations. This enables us to calm, centre and  still our busy chattering minds.  It is a way to  nourish the soul and the mind, bringing relaxation  and with practice a deeper sense of peace at the  centre of your being.


Regular meditation can help you find a level of inner peace not found in other areas of everyday life.  It  gives you space to relax, breathe well and find stillness.
You will find a deeper connection to your inner self - your inner needs, you will learn rest but also learn where your 'unrest' is held and hopefully begin to resolve it bringing  healing and balance.   

            
Meditation for spiritual development is a wonderful tool to aid transformation of the self and increase awareness of the other realms and realities usually unseen around us.  By learning and practicing certain techniques people can gain or amplify their ability to feel, see and sense energy, auras, colours and their spirit guides and helpers

By clearing your energy, raising your vibration and gaining the ability to hold more light in your auric fileds or energy bodies many people find a shift in their whole perception of life in our world and the many other worlds.  Learning or remembering old esoteric wisdom and knowledge enables the spiritual seeker to step forward into a whole new level of conciousness and awareness.

Mankind is moving very quickly into a new state of being.  We all need to raise our awareness and our vibration to shift mankind out of the dense layers so the group conciousness of mankind can evolve.
